Bornheimer-Kelley was among the first to take and pass the Level 1 exam and is now among one of the first to take and pass the Level 2 exam in the infrastructure specialty, administered for the first time in October 2019.

Qualifications for the Level 2 exam include: bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and a minimum of two years professional experience in transportation, highway safety, or public health; or a minimum of four years professional experience in the transportation, highway safety, or public health fields.
