MIDWEST GATEWAY WAREHOUSE

 

CHALLENGE

McClure in collaboration with Copaken Brooks and ARCO National Construction designed the Midwest Gateway in Edgerton, Kansas. The site is located on 31.1 acres and is nestled between BNSF intermodal facility and Four Corners Road.

 

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

This speculative warehouse is composed of two buildings:

  • Building One: totals 301,600 SF
  • Building Two: totals 186,100 SF
  • 375 parking stalls for cars
  • 53 stalls for semi-trucks
  • 51 loading docks along
  • Future trailer parking
  • The facility prominently boasts 32-ft.-high ceiling
  • Both buildings feature tilt up concrete walls and architectural glass
